Terms and conditions
Pre-booking offers the customer the possibility of being informed as soon as possible of the possibility of making a reservation for the requested day and service.
To make a reservation, the customer must send an email to info@freshfoodchef.com. Once checked by our establishment, we will return a message to the email address you have provided confirming availability for the date and service chosen.
Payment methods
Provided that no other payment terms have been agreed upon by e-mail/telephone.:
- FIRST PAYMENT: At the time of formalisation of the contract, a deposit of 15% shall be paid as a deposit.
- SECOND PAYMENT: 90 days before the start of the event, 30 30 % of the total price will be charged.
- THIRD PAYMENT: 30 days before the event, the remaining amount will be paid.
On the client’s side
Once the contract has been agreed, the client has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract, provided that [the wedding, communion, baptism] has been arranged more than two months in advance. In this case, the deposit will be refunded minus any expenses that the company may have incurred and minus an amount of €200 for the consultancy service provided.
If the client cancels [the wedding, communion, baptism] after 14 days, the establishment is not obliged to return the deposit.
If the cancellation of the event is total:
- Between 45 and 20 days before the event, 55% of all contracted services will be charged.
- From 19 to 11 days, the percentage will rise to 100%.
- Within 10 days, the amount of 100% will have been paid.
On the establishment’s side
If the cancellation is attributable to the establishment, the deposit shall be returned within 14 days and without the right to deduct the expenses incurred, unless the parties agree that the client may take advantage of the goods or services contracted.
Force majeure
Finally, if the cancellation is due to force majeure, unforeseeable, unforeseen, foreseeable but unavoidable circumstances and/or circumstances beyond its control that make it inadvisable, impossible, illegal or unsuitable, the client will be refunded the amounts paid minus the expenses incurred by the organiser, including among these expenses the amount indicated above for advice. In this situation, documentation will be shown to Fresh Food Chef to explain the force majeure.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPD), we inform you that the data obtained through this form will be included in an automated file under the responsibility of Fresh Food Chef and will not be provided to third parties without your permission.
